Wills
Our advisors will sit with you in the comfort of your own home, guide you through the process, and record your instructions. Once approved, your Will shall be delivered for the crucial signing and witnessing. Just an hour of your time at an affordable price is all you need to receive the peace of mind that the matter is dealt with.
Probate
When someone dies leaving a Will, their estate usually needs to go through Probate. We support Executors through the process by helping them apply for the Grant of Probate and guiding them each step of the way. Once Probate has been granted, we assist with collecting the assets, settling any outstanding debts, and distributing the estate in line with the Will - making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
We help you put a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) in place, ensuring you appoint the right person to make decisions on your behalf should you ever need support in the future. Our team guides you through the process, helping you set up arrangements for both financial matters and health and welfare decisions. We ensure everything is prepared correctly and registered properly, giving you and your family clarity and peace of mind.
